Grant applications can be made at any time and will be reviewed at the next Trustee’s Grants Review Meeting. These meetings will generally, but not always, be held in August, November, February and May. Applications received by the 15th of the month preceding a Grants Review Meeting will typically be on the agenda for the upcoming meeting. (For example, applications received by July 15 will be on the August meeting’s agenda.) Grant applications received after the 15th of the month preceding a Grants Review Meeting will be reviewed on a best efforts basis, but may be deferred until the next Grants Review Meeting.
